PRISM Information Technologies specializes in the development of applications aimed at individuals and small businesses. We especially develop specific software that the mainstream software developers have overlooked. Often, these are the applications that small businesses need, but cannot find. We also realize that not everyone has the money to spend on the expensive software packages offered by some of the larger software developers. That's why you'll find our software priced extremely competitively. (For example, a single user license for Hardware Calculator is only $20 US!) We also have two discount programs in effect:

1. Whenever you purchase a PRISM program, you will be registered in our database so that you will automatically receive a discount of 10 % on your next purchase of any PRISM product or service.
2. For most of our software products, you may preorder (order before the final version is released) for a discount of 20 %.

We believe strongly in the "try before you buy" concept. We do this by releasing full Beta versions to the general public. They are not crippled in any way. In this way, people are able to try out PRISM software without having to commit to a purchase or maneuver around locked out features. As well, we gain invaluable ideas for improving our software from these Beta releases.

HARDWARE CALCULATOR 1.00

The final release of Hardware Calculator will be available on March 15, 1996. This application assesses the value of various combinations of PC Hardware, and generates a full report. It's the perfect utility for anyone in the business of buying, selling, or trading PC hardware.

Our own testing of Hardware Calculator revealed some concerns about the hardware prices programmed into the application. Apparently, the prices can be quite different even between two different cities. To fix this problem, we have decided to implement user defined hardware prices in version 1.00. In addition to this new feature, the official release of Hardware Calculator will sport:

• full technical support via email
• electronic documentation (manual)
• bug fixes
• more hardware components to choose from
• a context-sensitive, more extensive online help system
• an improved interface

HTML EDITOR

No, that's not the name for it! It's still deep in the stages of development and planning, and is currently untitled. The HTML Editor will make working with multiple HTML documents in a project simple and easy to coordinate. Full support for HTML 3.0 and extensions will be included.

Look for an early Beta version next August.
